What the app does

With the account holder’s permission, the app reads Gmail messages bearing the “Jose F Lisboa Estate” label, downloads their attachments, and sorts them into folders on the account holder’s Mac. It checks file contents to avoid saving exact duplicates. The app does not send email, change labels, or delete messages.

Who uses it

This is a personal desktop application for its owner’s estate administration. It does not offer public registration or a hosted archive.

Gmail access

The app requests read-only Gmail access because it must read labeled messages and download their attachments. Gmail content and saved files stay on the user’s Mac, apart from the requests made directly to Google to access the user’s account.
